However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the natural characteristics of full-grain leather, minor variations may occur between individual products.
Such variations do not constitute manufacturing defects.
5. FULL-GRAIN LEATHER
AL2OY products are crafted using full-grain leather, a natural material selected for its durability, character and ability to develop a rich patina over time.
As full-grain leather retains the natural surface of the hide, every product is unique.
Customers should expect natural variations including, but not limited to:

Natural wrinkles.
Healed scars.
Growth marks.
Pore patterns.
Slight colour variation.
Texture differences.
Natural creasing.
These characteristics are inherent to full-grain leather and should not be regarded as imperfections, defects or grounds for return, exchange or refund.
Over time, full-grain leather will naturally soften, develop a unique patina and exhibit signs of ageing that enhance its individual character.
6. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
AL2OY makes every reasonable effort to accurately display product colours, finishes, textures and dimensions across its website.
Actual colours may vary depending on:
Screen settings.
Device calibration.
Photography.
Ambient lighting.
Natural characteristics of full-grain leather.
Accordingly, slight differences between website imagery and the delivered product shall not constitute manufacturing defects.
7. PRICING

8. ORDERS

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order.
An order shall be deemed accepted only when the product has been dispatched by AL2OY.
AL2OY reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch for reasons including, but not limited to:

Technical errors.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
Orders placed for unauthorised commercial resale.
Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, AL2OY will notify the customer and refund any payment received through the original payment method.

AL2OY products are crafted from full-grain leather, a premium natural material that retains the original grain of the hide.
Unlike synthetic or heavily corrected materials, full-grain leather naturally displays unique characteristics that distinguish each product.
These characteristics may include:
Natural grain variation.
Wrinkles.
Healed scars.
Growth marks.
Pore patterns.
Slight colour variation.
Natural creasing.
Minor texture differences.
Such characteristics are inherent to full-grain leather and contribute to the individuality of every AL2OY product.
They shall not be regarded as defects, quality issues or grounds for return, exchange or refund.
16. PATINA & NATURAL AGEING
Full-grain leather naturally evolves with use.
Over time, customers should expect gradual changes including:
Softening of the leather.
Development of a natural patina.
Slight darkening or lightening of colour.
Natural shaping to the user's lifestyle and wear patterns.
These changes are expected characteristics of premium full-grain leather and are not manufacturing defects.
17. COLOUR TRANSFER
Due to the natural characteristics of full-grain leather and certain finishing processes, minimal colour transfer may occur in rare circumstances, particularly when the product is new or exposed to moisture, perspiration or prolonged friction against light-coloured fabrics.
Customers are advised to exercise reasonable care when wearing darker leather products with light-coloured garments or delicate materials.
Colour transfer resulting from these circumstances shall not constitute a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
18. METAL HARDWARE
AL2OY products incorporate precision-engineered metal hardware designed for durability and everyday use.
Over time, normal use may result in:

Surface marks.
Natural oxidation.
Gradual changes in finish.
Such changes are considered normal signs of wear and shall not be regarded as manufacturing defects.
19. ALLERGIES & MATERIAL SENSITIVITIES
AL2OY products are crafted using full-grain leather and may incorporate metal hardware, dyes, adhesives and finishing materials.
Customers with known allergies or sensitivities to leather, metals or related materials should consider these factors before purchasing and using AL2OY products.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, AL2OY shall not be liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities or medical conditions arising from an individual's pre-existing sensitivities to such materials.
20. PRODUCT MISUSE
AL2OY products are intended to be used only for their ordinary and intended purpose.

create derivative products intended to imitate AL2OY products in a manner that infringes applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants any licence or ownership interest in AL2OY's intellectual property.

"AL2OY", the AL2OY logo and any associated brand identifiers used on the website or products are trademarks or distinctive brand assets of AL2OY.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
